EasyPay is of the payroll and Human Resources software package available for Gibraltar business. EasyPay enables users to effortlessly create and manage payslips for employees. The software is streamlined to make it quick and intuitive to produce each payslip. The logic for tax, social insurance and other government legislation is built into the software, so payroll officers can produce payslips without needing to remember or manually make adjustments to cater for Gibraltar’s unique and quirky regulations.
The standard package includes a licence for up to 5 companies. Every company is password protected. In each company you can have up to 999 employees. You can increase the number of companies at any given time to 10 or 1000 companies. Includes several features such as Automatic Tax and Social Insurance calculation according to employee’s Tax and Social Insurance code. The two Government tax systems (PAYE – pay as you earn) and the (GIB – gross income based) are fully supported. Zero tax, fixed tax deductions and HEPPS status are also catered for.
Monthly Payroll - Winpay or Easypay
- Payroll for up to 10 employees. £5 per additional employee. We will run pay on a monthly basis. Payroll will be run on Winpay or Easypay and your subscription will be managed and paid for as a part of this service.
Weekly Payroll - Easypay or Winpay
